Daydreaming seems to be a 'lost art' in this busy world we have become used to. We don't often leave time for the magic and power of daydream. And daydreaming is such an important part of the Self Care practice. 

A Daydream is visualizing a future, without limitations or judgement. Allow your mind to flow, tapping into your creativity and your imagination as you envision all of the incredible possibilities for the future.

Follow the simple steps below to practice daydreaming in your daily routine.

Find time to quiet your mind, a time when you are feeling most at ease. Set the intention to daydream without limitations.

Allow your mind to Introduce a topic to daydream about. Allow yourself to follow that topic and don't introduce any resistance or judgement. Just allow it to flow. Make it fun, playful and magical to daydream about your future, your wants, your desires and the endless possibilities.

Document your daydreams in a journal, in a jar or special keepsake box. Go back to them  often to bring a deeper resonance to your dreams and watch as subtle pieces of these daydreams show up in your life. It's truly magical.
