Join us for outdoor meditation and yoga practice to focus on the importance of Body, Mind, Soul and Future. These weekly Rituals are only one hour in length, held on Thursdays. *NEW* You can also schedule your own personalized Mini Retreat by appointment (group or individual appointments available).
We begin on the property with a soothing 15 minute meditative walk through nature trails to bring you into the present moment, keeping you grounded and connected to nature.
We move into a twenty minute yoga flow to move the body, maintain connection to the Self and the present moment. The yoga flow is guided by modest voice instruction, with a focus on music and natural movement.
This is an opportunity at the beginning or end of class to engage in facilitated group discussion and contemplation focused around the theme of the day.
