Feeling uninspired? ✨

I haven’t felt inspired lately, and I know that’s not uncommon for many of us leading busy lives. I recognize that long-term stress takes a toll on the mind and the body, and we need to learn to be patient with ourselves while we course-correct - or simply heal - to return ourselves back to optimal.

Todays podcast is me spilling the secrets of what I do when I’m not particularly motivated to do anything.
