Healthy body + mindset

I woke up twice last night with pretty powerful insights, both times wondering if I would remember what they were…

(Lucky for us, I do remember!)

The first was a reminder about the power of the mind, body and health connection, and the message was “trust your body”.

You see, Mindset touches everything, and although I believe in the power of our positive thoughts (both individually and collectively) and have experienced incredibly powerful mindset shifts, I have also experienced thoughts of worry and fear about my health, my current prognosis, and many other things in general.

But the reminder last night was simple, clear and powerful:

“Trust your body”

It was a total shift from worry to trust, (which is something I teach in my One Week to Erase Worry course), yet something so simple that you can play with when you when you want to shift away from worry and into a more trusting thought process.

What if I do just trust that my body knows what to do to heal itself? What if I trust in the power of my natural abilities? Just that change in thought alone feels more empowering. 🤍

And so, what came along with this message was a reminder of a very calming & gentle audio that I created back in 2020 as part of the Create Your Future now! Program, almost like a short meditation that you can use each morning when you wake up to soften your thoughts about your body, create more trust in your abilities, and to feel more kindness toward yourself in general.

And, of course, I’ve decide to share this short audio with you this morning, in hopes that it might be exactly what you need to hear today.
