Washing away the stress of the day
“Today ended with two shooting stars … the rest is irrelevant.”
How can two shooting stars undo all that happened in a day?
Maybe because It’s a natural joy. It opens my mind. It gives me a sense of awe and wonder. It reminds me that the world is bigger than this day, and the earth is tiny compared to the expansive universe. Which means that what I perceive as “problems” are minuscule compared to the bigger picture.
Maybe it’s the quote I read the night before…
Maybe it’s my positive mindset…
Of all that happens in a day, I only want to share what brings me joy. I only want to focus on what feels good. I only need to be slightly reminded that I’m here for a bigger reason than all the noise that occurred prior to this moment.
And that leads me to the question…
How do YOU wash away the energy of a stressful day?
