How to feel “okay”

Although I don’t use the word “resistance” in this podcast, I do know that resistance is the basis of feeling discontent with life.

We too often give all Of our power away by spending too much time resisting what is, judging what is, longing from a place of lack, or feeling victimhood wishing for something to be different than what it is. But until we are in acceptance of what is, moving forward feels too difficult.

The more time we spend here in resistance, the lower our energy feels, because we expend so much of that energy on thinking about what we don’t want, resisting what is there, and then we forget to focus on the good that is right in-front of us, forgetting we have the option to focus in joyful anticipation of what we do want to invite into our lives and the good that is yet to come.

In the podcast “Let It Be Okay” you will learn a softening to that resistance, accepting how you feel in the moment, giving slight attention to that which needs to be honoured within you, so that you can move on with your day in ease.
