It is important to stay connected to something that inspires you. This can be another person, a group or a future plan that keeps you feeling inspired.
This is another topic that is very personal to you. What inspires one person may not inspire another.
And when I think about inspiration as it relates to self care, I think about the importance of surrounding yourself and your thoughts with inspiration. Stay close to people who inspire you, whether through social media, a podcast, television, books, Or just spending more time with the actual humans in your life that leave you feeling uplifted and inspired. There are many ways to cultivate inspiration, and what inspires you is one of the most unique components of your being. I can't tell you what inspires YOU, but I can tell you that finding it is crucial.
